轴流压气机子午流面计算中三维剪切作用的湍流模型

摘要 本文发展了一个轴流压气机子午流面二维计算中模拟三维剪切结构对子午流场作用的湍流模型。试验与这一模型进行了初步的比较。模型表明,在多级轴流压气机子午流场计算中,必须计入实际流场三维剪切结构对子午流场的湍流扩散作用。 The meridian flow calculation including spanwise mixing is very important in the aerodynamic design and analysis of multi-stage axial cmpressor. In this paper, a set of theoretical equations in the meridian flow are used to depict the different factors of spanwise mixing on axial compressors.A tubulence model is proposed on the basis of a simplified 3-D shear. structure in compressors for their 2-D meridian flow calculations. Compressors are made between the result of calculation model and experimental data and good agreement is obtained. The model shows that the shear structure has significant effcets on the turbulent diffusion of the 2-D meridian flow field. Therefore, the 3-D flow shear structure must be considered in the meridian flow field calculation in practical use.
