摘要
在研究咨询企业人力资本组成及活动的基础上,提出人力资本有别于其它智力资本的 特征及其价值转化过程,并籍此得出人力资本是咨询企业获取企业最大价值的关键资本。
Discusses the characteristics of human capital, which are different from the ones of other in-tellectual capitals, as well as the value transformation processes of human capital, and concludes that human capital is a key capital which makes the consulting firms win the most value.
