摘要
根据同步曲率辐射理论 ,论文推导了真空中和等离子体中弯曲磁场下相对论性电子辐射的自吸收系数 ,发现真空中同步曲率辐射与同步辐射一样没有负吸收放大作用 ,而等离子体对辐射谱和自吸收性质有重大影响 ,存在脉泽放大效应 .这些结果有可能对宇宙中多种射电源的射电高亮温度等问题提供可能的解释 .
In this paper, the self-absorption coefficients of the radiation of relativistic electrons are calculated in curved magnetic fields both in vacuum and in a plasma according to the synchro-curvature radiation theory. It is found that maser is impossible in vacuum as in the case of synchrotron radiation, while the plasma affects the radiation spectrum and self-absorption properties greatly and maser emission is possible in a plasma. The anthors believe that the results have potential applications in explaining the high radio brightness temperature of various cosmic radio sources.
