摘要
在无形财产权领域 ,由于法律规制的对象不同 ,从而造成了不同的权利人之间的权利冲突 ,本文通过对一则判例的探讨 ,试着来分析权利冲突的深层次原因 ,并提出相应的解决方案。
Conflicts of rights often rise among various rights owners in the field concerning with incorporeal property rights due to different objects stipulated by laws.This thesis tries,with reference to a legal precedent,to analyze into the internal reasons that lead to the conflicts and suggest some responding solutions for references.
