法治与道德建设同为社会有机体的两种主要调控手段 ,从历史与现实 ,理论与实践层面考察 ,二者在结构与功能上存在着相互耦合之处。基于此 ,法治可以促进道德建设。对这一问题的研究应集中于分析与剖解法治促进道德建设的范域、途径和效力。

Rule of law and moral building are two major social controlling ways, which couple each other in construction and function.So rule of law gives impetus to moral building.The study should focus on the field,way,pattern and effect of rule of law.
