“三个代表”重要思想是十六大的灵魂 ,是贯穿十六大报告的主线 ,是我们党必须长期坚持的指导思想。全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想 ,必须紧紧抓住“与时俱进”这个关键 ,围绕“党的先进性”这个核心 ,把握“执政为民”这个本质 ,立足“发展”这个党执政兴国的“第一要务” ,增强贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性和坚定性。

The important thoughts of “Three Represents” are the soul of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China.In order to thoroughly carry out the important thoughts,we should stick to the key of “advance with the times”,the core of “the Party's advancibility”,the essence of “administration for the people” and the priority of “development” so as to enhance our level of political consciousness and staunchness in carrying out the important thoughts of “Three Represents”.
