基于网络的独立电缆网监控系统

Monitor system for substantive cable web by intranet

针对某些重要的独立用电单位对供电网络高可靠性的实际要求,提出了一套基于Intranet网络的电缆网监控系统。该系统采用集散式监控模式,上位机完成系统监测与控制功能,下位机完成电缆的测试与故障定位,两者以Intranet网络进行数据传输。给出其基本原理、软硬件设计、数据库结构以及安全性设计。该系统在实验室条件下已经实现了正常运行。

Aiming to the actual request of high dependability to cable web for some important substantive units, this paper has presented a monitor system for cable web based on intranet. This system adopts focus distributing center control model. The epi-gynous unit controls the whole system, and the hypogynous unit realizes the cable measurement and the location of fault. Intranet web technology has been used for the communication between the two units. The basic principle, design of software and hardware, structure of database and desingn of security bave been discussed, whole system has run well in lab condition.
