根结线虫对辣椒疫病发生及甲霜灵防效的影响 被引量:7

摘要 进行了根结线虫对辣椒疫病发生及甲霜灵防效影响的研究。盆栽试验结果表明:消毒土壤中,在没有根结线虫侵染时,单独接种辣椒疫霉菌照样会发生疫病;但是,提前接种根结线虫后再接种辣椒疫霉菌时,疫病的发生则较为严重,而且甲霜灵对疫病的防效比前者低。 Po t experiments were made to study the influence of root-knot nematode on the occu r rence of Phytophthora root rot of hot pepper and control effect of metalaxyl. The results showed that the occurring of Phytophthora root rot of hot pepper did not depend on the occurrence of root-knot nematode.But Phytophthora root rot of hot pepper was more serious when hot pepper plants were pre-inoculated with root-knot nematode15days before the in oculation of Phytophthora capsici tha n that inoculated with Phytophthora capsici alone.And the control effect of met alaxyl was negated by the pre-inoculation of hot pepper with root-knot nematod e.The results in dicated that root-knot nematode enhanced the occurrence of Ph ytophthora root rot of hot pepper and had negative influence on the control effe ct of meta laxyl.
