摘要
进行了用日立180-80石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定食品中镉的分析条件的优化研究。结果表明,食品中镉测定的最佳分析条件为:灯电流7.5~12.5mA(样品的镉含量较低时选择较小电流,反之则选较大电流);干燥、灰化、原子化、净化的温度和时间分别为120℃、15~20s,500~550℃、20s,1500℃、5s,2600℃、3s。
Studies were made on optimization of conditions for determining the c ad mi um in food by Hitachi 180-80GFAAS.The results showed that the best con ditions for determining the cadmium in food were electric currents through the l ight 7.5-12.5mA(For sam ples with low cadmium contents,low electric cu rrents were chosen;and for samples with high cad mi um contents,high electric currents were chosen).The temperatures and times for dry ing,ash ing,atomizi ng,purifying were120℃,15-20s;500-550℃,20s;1500℃,5 s;2600℃,3s;respectively.
