“飞灰/底渣岛”物位测量传感器的选型设计与应用

摘要 分析了 60 0 MW大型火力发电厂“飞灰 /底渣岛”的生产现场物位检测的难点 :应用场合很难捕捉温度、压力、输料速率、介电常数等工质变化规律 ,且没有现成的控制模式可参照。从物位测量传感器的测量原理、选型设计、新技术应用、PLC/DCS接口等多角度 ,提出了判断、分析。 The difficulties in field measurement of material level for 'fly ash/bottom slag' island in 600 MW large power plants were analyzed. The difficulties include the catching of variation law of the working mediums such as temperature, pressure, material conveying speed and dielectric constant and no ready made control model for reference. From multiple views of type selection design, new technology application, PLC/DCS interface and the measuring principle of material level measuring sensor and so on, new concepts and recommendations for discrimination, analyzing and practical problems solving were put forward.
