摘要 昆虫体内的抗菌肽是宿主免疫防御系统的重要成分,具有分子量小、热稳定性好、抗菌谱广等特点。由于抗菌肽有其自身独特的化学结构,因而其作用机理与其它抗生素及化学药物不同,能有效抑杀真菌、病毒、寄生虫,而病原体不产生抗药性,并能选择性杀灭肿瘤细胞,但对人畜却无毒副作用。因此,抗菌肽在生物农药和医药方面都有很好的开发前景。 The antibacterial peptide inside insect bodies is an im portant component of host immunity defensive system,having the char acteristics of small molecular weight,heat stability and broad antibacterial sp ectrum.Because antibacterial peptides have their special chemical structures,t hey have their different mechanisms against the target cells from other antibi otics and chemical medicaments.Some of them can destroy fungi,viruses,parasi tes and kill tumor cells selectively,however,they have no toxic side effect to animal and human body,so there has a wide application prospect of antibacteria l peptides in pesticides and medicines.
