摘要
以锌、镉超积累植物印度芥菜为对照 ,通过镉处理水培试验 ,从 2 2个芥菜型油菜品种中筛选出了 3个修复能力较高的品种。通过模拟镉污染土壤的土培试验 ,研究 3个上述品种的累积镉特征及对镉污染土壤的修复效率。结果表明 :在土壤镉含量为 4 0mg·kg-1条件下 ,油菜川油Ⅱ 10的地上部生物量、相对生物量、地上部吸镉量及对土壤的净化率均高于对照植物印度芥菜和其他筛选出的油菜品种 ;当土壤镉含量为 80mg·kg-1时 ,油菜川油Ⅱ- 10的地上部镉含量达 12 0mg·kg-1以上 ,显著高于印度芥菜 ,具有明显的镉超积累特征和修复镉污染土壤的能力。
The aim of this study was to select Cd accumulating oilseed rape varieties for phytoremediation of Cd contaminated soil. 3mg·L -1 Cd hydroponic culture experiment showed that three cultivars of oilseed rape had high above ground biomass, Cd concentration and ablity of absorbing Cd. Greenhouse pot trails using artificial Cd contaminated loam soil showed that the variety ChuanyouⅡ-10 had markedly higher above ground biomass, relative biomass, Cd uptake amount and soil purification rate than Indian mustard and other oilseed rape varieties when soil Cd concentration was 40mg·kg -1 . Cd concentration in the above ground part of ChuanyouⅡ 10 was up to 120mg·kg -1 when soil Cd concentration was 80mg·kg -1 . The results indicated that ChuanyouⅡ 10 was a potential phytoremedition cultivar for phytoremediating Cd contaminated soil.
