慈抗杂3号棉田靶标与非靶标昆虫的种群变动规律初探 被引量:1

摘要 本试验对转基因抗虫杂交棉慈抗杂3号棉田靶标与非靶标害虫和天敌的种群变动规律作了初步探索,结果表明,与常规棉对照相比,抗棉铃虫、红铃虫效果明显,百株棉铃虫幼虫比对照减少86 6%,蕾铃被害率减少85 0%,红铃虫虫花率和青铃为害率分别减少90 18%、73 9%,对玉米螟、斜纹夜蛾及棉花卷叶虫有一定的控制作用;但对棉蚜虫、红蜘蛛等剌吸式害虫无控制作用,甚至有上升趋势;对棉田天敌种群影响不明显。认为在种植慈抗杂3号等抗虫棉时,要谨防次要害虫上升为主要害虫,防治时应避免使用强烈的广谱杀虫剂,以保护天敌,同时做好棉田害虫监测,当棉铃虫等鳞翅目害虫发生数量达到防治指标时,可选用复配剂防治。 This test explored the change reguiarity of target and untarget insects in zoophous hybrid cotton ci3 fields.The result showed that ci3 zoophobous effective (especial for cotton bouworm Red bouworm maize borer cotton worm moth but it cant contraol aphis red spider eteal It doesnt affect cotton field native preda tor population.This article also expounded how to prevent and cure aphis and red spider in ci3 fields.
