本文就小学《语文》骨干教师市级培训这项前所未有的开创性工作从四个方面作了探索。一是培训理念上指向基础教育课改 ;二是培训内容上实施“围绕一个核心 ,凸现五个层次 ,多个方面展开”的课程整合 ;三是师资整合上结合“本土化” ;

This article probes into the unprecedented innovative work of the municipal training of mainstay Chinese teachers of primary school in four aspects: the training idea directed to the course reform in elementary education; practising in training content the course integration of ' encircling one center, giving prominence to five levels, developing on all sides'; showing the tendency of 'nativeness' in teachers' integration; embodying the students' active participation in the teaching activities in training mode.
