摘要
校长新课程培训是课改实验区师资队伍建设的重要一环 ,转变理念的通识培训是关键。选择何种途径、形式施训 ,以提高培训效果 ,是培训者直接面对的重要课题。为此 ,在培训实践中 ,着力引导校长主动参与培训过程 ,尝试“参与式培训” ,试图探索从内容设计到过程形式的统一。以实现培训者与校长、校长与校长在互动中共成长 ,取得了较好的培训效果。
The new-course training for principals is one important part of teaching staff building in the course-reform experimental areas and universal knowledge training which aims at thought-change is fundamental. In order to increase the effectiveness of training , the trainers directly confront an important task that what kind of ways and methods should be taken to carry out the training. Therefore, in the practice of training we focus on guiding the principals to take an active part in the course by the method of participating training. We manage to find out the unity between the content design and course form in order to realize the mutual growth among trainers and headmasters, and headmasters and headmasters in the interactive activities. It turns out that the result of training is good.
