试谈中美教育的差异性兼论我国中小学课改

On the New Course Innovation carried out in China's Middle and Primary Schools based on the differences between China and USA in Education

本文从中美两国中小学教育的不同差异出发 ,阐述了我国目前中小学课程改革的基础条件、保证、方向和目的 ,强调我国全面实施素质教育应以人为对象 ,以人自身的发展为目的 ,注重学生有个性地发展 。

This article, based on the differences between China and USA in education, expounds the foundation, guarantee, orientation and aim of the new course innovation in our country at present. It stresses that the over-all quality education should center on human beings, development of oneself and especially the development of the students'personality, which is the real aim and final target of the quality education being carried out in middle and primary schools in China.
