摘要
通过对电力教育培训机构的顾客及顾客满意分析,提出职工教育培训机构在管理和培训上应以送培单位和学员为关注焦点,采取相应措施,满足并超越其期望,提高送培单位和学员的满意度,促进职工教育培训机构自身和职工教育培训工作的发展。
By analyzing the customers and customer satisfaction in the Organization of Education Training,this article believes that the management and education training should aim at the needs of work units and the trainees,therefore relevant measures should be taken and customer satisfaction should be enhanced in the purpose of the Organization of Education Training and education training's development.
