OFDM Principle and Its Applications in Mobile Communication

主要介绍 OFDM基本原理及其在移动通信中的应用。其中 ,OFDM基本原理部分首先介绍了OFDM的 IFFT/ FFT实现 ,然后用矩阵的方法分析了循环前缀对时间弥散信道所带来的 ISI和 ICI的消除。最后 ,作为 OFDM在移动通信中的主要应用 ,介绍了 OFDM与 DS- CDMA技术相结合所产生的 3种多载波 CDMA方式 。

In this article, the principle of OFDM and its apllications in mobile communications are introduced. After the overview of OFDM, the principle of the realization of OFDM by IFFT/FFT is examined; then, the matrix method is used to analyze ISI (Inter-Symbol Interference) and ICI (Inter-Carrier Interference) cancellation brought by using Cyclic Prefix in a time dispersive channel. In the end, as OFDM is mainly applied in mobile communications, three types of combination between OFDM and DS-CDMA(their general designation is 'Multi-carrier CDMA') are introduced and a simple comparison is given.
