摘要
本文从马斯洛的需要理论出发,研究了高校教育管理中如何对大学生实行激励机制的问题,认为:由于大学生的特殊 性,高校教育管理中实行激励机制,不但要满足大学生的生理的需要、安全的需要、社交的需要、尊重的需要,更要通过实施目标 教育工程来满足大学生的自我实现的需要,以便为其成才打下坚实基础。
In this paper, the author, according to Maslow's demanding theory, discussed the problems of how to put into practice the encouraging measures in higher education management. Because of the particularity of the college students, to realize this requires not only lo meet the needs of the students' physiology, but also the needs of their safety, the needs of our society, the needs of being respected and also the needs of their self-realization in order lo lay a firm foundation for becoming a useful person lo the society.
