摘要
提出一种将管理信息系统中信息的获取延伸至被管理对象或其所在单位的管理模式,该模式能有效地提高信息获取的效率和数据的准确性,有效地减轻管理部门工作人员的工作量;采用OLE自动化技术实现数据库同编辑软件的信息交换,从而大大方便了被管理对象和管理人员;解决了信息量不确定时的报表制作问题。
Puts forward a new management mode used in MIS which can get information from the managed objects or their department of personnel and can effectively lighten the workload of management department.OLE automation is used to implement the exchange of information between database and editing software,which can also solve the problem of report forms when the quantity of information is uncertain.
