中国物流标准化现状与对策建议

Present Situations and Corresponding Proposals of Logistics Normalization in China

物流标准化是物流管理现代化的必要前提 ,是整个物流系统功能发挥和各环节有效衔接及运作质量的根本保证 ,是降低物流成本、提高经济效益和消除国际贸易技术壁垒的重要手段。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和中国加入WTO ,物流标准化工作应当引起我国各有关部门的高度重视。本文介绍了物流标准化的基本含义及其对我国物流业快速良性发展的重要意义 ,着重阐述了我国物流标准化的现状及其存在的基本问题 。

Logistics normalization is a necessary premise of logistics management modemization,to ensure effecfive and efficient logistics chain,achieving its reasonable functions.It is also a crucial means to reduce logistics costs,improve economic efficiency and eliminate technology barrier of international trade.With acceleration of economic globlization progress and China′s entry into the Word Trade Organization.Logistics normalization should be given more attention by the departments concemed.In this paper,basic connotations of logistics normalization and profound denotations,for logistics development in China,are introduced at first.Subsequently present situations and some cardinal issues of logistics normalization are analyzed emphatically.At last,some corresponding proposals about how to construct and consummate logistics normalization system in China are offered.
