摘要
选择乏情期牦牛 2 9头 ,进行卵巢卵泡发育与血浆雌激素 (1 7β -E2 )含量相关性分析。结果表明 :当卵泡大小在 1 0~ 5 9mm(替补卵泡 )时 ,左右两侧卵巢卵泡数与血浆雌激素含量呈不显著的负相关 (r左 =- 0 1 5 6 ,r右 =- 0 0 5 6 ,P >0 0 5 ) ;当卵泡大小在 6 0~ 8 9mm(选择卵泡 )时 ,左侧卵巢卵泡数与血浆雌激素含量呈显著正相关 (r左 =0 475 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,而右侧卵巢卵泡数与血浆雌激素含量呈极显著的正相关 (r右 =0 5 88,P <0 0 1 ) ;当卵泡大小在 9 0~ 1 5 0mm(优势卵泡 )时 ,左右两侧卵巢卵泡数与血浆雌激素含量呈显著正相关 (r左 =0 41 6 ,r右 =0 44,P <0 0 5 )。
The correlation between follicle development and concentration of oestradiol-17β in plama during anestrus in 30 Yaks was analysed.The result showed that there were unsignificant negative correlation between follicle development and concentration of estradiol-17β when the follicle were recruited follicle(1.0-5.9 mm) (r left=-0.156,r right=-0.056,P>0.05).There were significant positive correlation when the follicles were selected follicle (6.0~8.9 mm)(r left=0.475,P<0.05;r right=0.588,P<0.01).There were significant correlation when the follicles were dominant follicle (9.0-15.0 mm) (r left=0.416,r right=0.44,P<0.05).
