摘要
综述了任意引物PCR和巢式PCR两种方法应用于微量模板DNA扩增的原理和应用优势。
In this paper,the applications of random primer PCR and nested PCR in amplification of micro template DNA were summarized,and the principle and the advantage of two methods also were discussed.
