摘要
阐述了射孔弹穿孔过程以及射孔损害对油气井产能的影响。介绍了一种射孔孔眼表皮系数的计算方法,分析了孔眼长度、孔眼密度、孔眼直径和相位等孔眼参数对表皮系数的影响以及与油气井产能的关系。指出穿深、孔密、相位对表皮系数和油气井产能影响较大,而孔径的影响则很小。为正确地选择合理的射孔方案,最大程度地提高油气井的产能提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces perforating process of perforating charges and influence of perforating damage on gas-oil productive capacity. It also presents a kind of calculating method for perforating skin coefficient, and analyses the influence of many hole paramenters such as hole length, hole density, hole diameter and phase on skin coefficient and relationship between the parameters and gas-oil productive capacity. It is pointed out that perforating depth and perforation density have much more influence on gas-oil productive capacity than hole diameter. This finding provides theoretical bases for choosing perforating project rightly so to raise gas-oil productivity to the utmost.
