摘要
介绍了一种新型的微电极测井仪。仪器采用自由式的供电方式;高温晶振产生仪器的工作频率以提高工作频率精度,减少温漂造成的误差;经过增益控制、功率放大及微电极供电信号直接输出;设计测量电路的前置放大器和系统增益,将微电位和微梯度的输出信号调整在3~3 500 mV范围内,其测量动态范围为0.2~200 Ω·m;仪器经加温实验和现场试验,工作频率温漂小于万分之六,信号输出温漂小。仪器可以与微球组合成一体,同时记录微电位、微梯度、微球电压、微球电流、井径、电阻率。
As the power supply to the minilog instrument is constant, the newly designed minilog instrument has following properties:(1)the power supply is selectable; the frequency produced by high temperature crystal oscillator makes the working frequency more stable, and reduces errors caused by temperature drift;(2)through gain control and power amplification, the power supply is directly connected to the electrode; (3)the preamplifier of the measurement circuit and system gain set the output of micronormal and microinverse to the range from 3~ 3500mV. The relative dynamic measurement range is from 0. 2~200 . m;(3)high temperature test and field test show the working temperature drift is less then 0. 06%,and the output of signals has little temperature drift. This tool can be used together with micro-spherically focused log (MSFL) to record the micronormal voltage,microinverse voltage, micro-spherically focused voltage V0,I0> caliper X and caliper Y simultaneously.
