技术性贸易壁垒的现状及发展趋势——兼论对我国农产品出口的影响与对策

On the Present Condition and Development Trend of the TBT

技术性贸易壁垒目前呈现出涉及范围广泛、表现形式灵活多样、问题复杂、是非难以判断和极具争议性等特点 ,已经对我国的对外贸易特别是农产品的出口造成了严重影响。我们应该针对当前技术性贸易壁垒的发展趋势 ,采取相应的对策 ,既要改进我国农产品生产中的薄弱环节 ,又要利用WTO的相关规则 ,积极保护自己的合法利益。

Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) is increasingly characterized by its wide coverage, diversified manifestation and controversial cases, which has seriously affected China's foreign trade, especially its export of agricultural products. In accordance with the development trend of TBT, proper measures should be taken to improve our production of agricultural products while actively protecting our own legitimate rights and interests with the related regulations and rules of WTO.
