近年来,我国中小学校在校学生人身伤害事故频繁发生,给受害学生及其家长带来身体及精神上的极大伤害,扰乱了学校正常的教育教学秩序,给国家和社会带来不应有的损失。针对这种状况,为了避免学校伤害事故的发生,防患于未然,从教育者来说,应该加强法律意识和保护学生安全意识的培养等措施;从学生来说,应该进行安全防范教育,增强其安全意识等措施。

In the recent years, the primary and secondary school students have been frequently injured, which extremely hurts the students and their parents both physically and mentally, disturbing the normal teaching schedules. In order to withhold such accidents , both the educator and the students ought to strengthen their legal and safety consciousness.
