摘要
在对PA6—280柴油机的钢顶铝裙组合式活塞的热负荷状况进行分析的基础上,建立了该型活塞的三维热分析模型,并借助于强大的有限元分析软件ANSYS5 5计算分析了活塞的热负荷,得到了与测量结果相吻合的三维温度场。数值结果为进一步进行柴油机活塞的结构改进和优化设计提供了依据。
Based on the analysis of heat load condition of PA6-280 type piston which consists of steelcrown and aluminum skirt,three dimensional heat analysis model of such piston are emplyed.With the powerful FEA software ANSYS55,heat load conditions are numerically simulated and three dimensional temperature fields close to test results is gained which can be further referred to revise the construction and optimize the design of such type piston.
