摘要
利用ANSYS5.5软件计算了S195柴油机缸盖感应加热过程中形成的瞬态温度场,其结果与实际测量的温度场具有较高的吻合度,并直观地显示了缸盖的热应力集中部位,同时也验证了由试验数据拟合出来的、作为瞬态温度场热边界条件的、与试验循环控制参数有关的热流密度公式的合理性及较高的工程使用价值。
The software of ANSYS 5.5 is used during the calculating of the temperature field formed during the inductive heated up process of the cylinder head of the diesel engine S195. It is comparatively close to the result computed from the heat flow formula, which is fitted from the test data, used for transient computing heat boundary condition and related to circulatory control parameters in the test. So it can be seen that the heat flow density computing formula has a preferable value in the actual engineering work.
