摘要
研究了硝酸钠存在下碘化钾-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵-水体系浮选分离铅(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明,控制pH4 0,在1 0gNaNO3存在下,当0 1mol/L碘化钾和1 0×10-2mol/L十六烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液的用量分别为2 0mL和1 0mL时,Pb2+可被碘化钾-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵-水体系浮选,而Co2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Fe2+,Al3+等离子在该体系中不被浮选,据此实现了Pb2+与这些离子的定量分离,对合成水样进行的定量浮选分离,结果满意。
The flotation separation behaviour of lead(Ⅱ)by potassium iodide-cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride-water system in the presence of sodium nitrate and the conditions for the separation of lead(Ⅱ)from other metal ions were studiedThe results showed that in the presence of 10g NaNO3,20mL KI(01mol/L)and 10mL CTMAC(001mol/L),Pb2+ could be floated by potassium iodide-cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride-water system,and Co2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Fe2+,Al3+ could not be floated,so Pb2+ could be separated completely from Co2+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Fe2+,Al3+ by flotation at pH40This method has been used for the flotation separation of Pb2+ in the sample of synthetic water with satisfactory results
