摘要 在 pH4 0HAc NaAc缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,2 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 5 二乙氨基酚 (PADAP)与铜反应生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ,该络合物用WatersPorapak Sep Park固相萃取小柱富集 ,乙醇洗脱后光度法测定 ,可测定水样中 μg/L级的铜。方法用于几种饮用水中铜的分析 ,结果令人满意。 A new method for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) was studiedIn the presence of CTMAB and at HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH40,2(2pyridylazo)5diethylaminophenol(PADAP)can reacts with copper(Ⅱ) to form a stable 2∶1 complexThe colored complex can be extracted by C18 cartridge and eluted by ethanol,then can be determined by spectrophotometry at 560nmBeer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/mLThis method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in water with satisfactory results
