生化法处理油田外排污水试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 油田进入开发后期 ,由于注采不平衡 ,部分油田污水需要外排 ,这类污水主要污染物是石油烃类 ;国家对油田外排污水的排放标准是含油量低于 10mg/l,COD值低于 15 0mg/l。本文针对孤岛油田外排污水烃类物质和聚合物含量高 ,其它化学物质成分复杂等特点 ,利用微生物可降解原油的特性 。 Some of the produced oily water need to be drained because of unbalance injection and production during the later life of oil field development. The main contaminants of such sewage is oily hydrocarbon, and the national effluent standard allows that the oil content of the drained sewage must below 10mg/L, and the COD is low than 150mg/L.According to the high content of hydrocarbon, polymer and consist of complex else chemical component in Gudao oily outlet sewage. Microbial and chemical treating oily sewage process has been developed successfully. The theories of the experiment design, treat process and results are described in this paper.
