摘要 报道了微波在线消解流动注射光度分析方法测定环境废水中总磷。研究了消解管路的长度和内径,消解剂的种类和微波功率等实验参数的影响。每小时可分析20~25个水样,方法的测定精度为RSD=1 5%(n=10),废水样品中总磷的测定结果与德国标准分析方法一致。 A on-line microwave digestion flow injection system is described for the determination of total phosphorus in waste water samples with spectrophotometric detection in this paperThe optimization of experimental parameters such as length and diameter of digestion tube,reagent concentration,and microwave power were discussedCalibration has been found to be linear to 10 mg/L phosphorusWaste water samples can be analyzed at a rate of 20-25 samples per hour with a typical RSD of 15%(n=10)The determination results for total phosphorus in waste water samples agree with those obtained by standard digestion method from a German industrial standard(DIN)
