用火花源发射光谱仪分析钢中高含量酸溶铝

Analysis of high content of acid-soluble aluminium in steel by spark source spectrometer

经过调查并统计发现,钢中酸不溶铝的质量分数在0 001%～0 010%之间。对于高含量酸溶铝(质量分数在0 20%～0 50%范围内)的碳素钢,确定用全铝值减去0 005%作为酸溶铝的含量来指导炼钢生产,应用效果良好。
