摘要
分析了钢铁企业空分系统能源管理的特点 ,并开发出降低空分能耗的应用软件 :氧气合理利用决策支持系统和空分装置操作仿真系统。前者可为决策者提供全面的辅助决策信息和决策支持以降低氧气放散 ,实现氧气的合理利用 ;后者既可实现空分装置运行操作的仿真 ,也可实现空分装置的仿真实验和仿真操作 。
The feature of energy management for air separation system in iron and steel corporation is analyzed. Two kinds of application software were developed to decrease the energy consumption for air separation units (ASUs), one is oxygen rational utilization decision-support system (ORUDSS) and the other is operation simulation system (OSS) of ASUs. ORUDSS can provide overall auxiliary information and decision support for decision-maker to reduce oxygen release and to realize oxygen utilization, and OSS has operation simulated function for ASUs. By using OSS, the load change operation of an ASU can be simulated and the simulation results are basic data for ORUDSS to realize air separation system's optimum operation.
