试论对抽象行政行为的司法审查

On Judicial Review of Abstract Administrative Actions

从界定抽象行政行为的概念入手,综述了我国对抽象行政行为司法审查问题的立法和司法状况, 并就对抽象行政行为进行司法审查的必要性与可行性作了分析,最后结合我国实际情况提出了 对抽象行政行为进行司法审查的几点建议。

This thesis begins from the concept of abstract administrative actions, argues tile situation of legislation and Judicature about judicial review of administrative actions,and analyses the necessary and possibility of establishing the system of judicial review of abstract administrative actions. At the final part of this thesis,some suggestions are given according to the conditions of China today.
