摘要
新修改的《婚姻法》对夫妻共同财产 ,特有财产作了具体的界定 ,约定夫妻财产制是夫妻共同财产制和夫妻特有财产制的补充。约定财产制是夫妻文明处理双方权益的最佳形式。
