摘要
针对筒式武器的闭气活塞制动机构 ,建立了制动过程的二维轴对称力学模型 ,采用有限元分析 (FEA)方法进行数值计算 ,对制动部件在不同的加载速率条件下的力学特性加以分析比较 ,给出了其位移响应和应力响应计算结果 。
Aiming at the deceleration components of a obturator piston of shoulder launched weapon, this paper gives a 2D axis symmetrical mechanical model. The numerical simulation was made by using finite element analysis method.Based on the analysis and comparison of piston's mechanical properties under different loading velocity,the displacement and stress response were obtained for optimizing the weight of shoulder launched weapon.
