摘要
为明晰我国体育新闻领域大量存在的侵权问题,对体育新闻侵权的概念、特征、产生原因及责任承担、精神损害赔偿等问题进行了探讨,认为体育名人作为“公众人物”应享有较少隐私权。
Argumentation on conception, characteristics, reasoning, legal responsibility and mental compensation in torts of sports media was carried out in this paper; it points out that sports stars, as “public figures”, should has little privacy than ordinary people.
