动物实验在抗疲劳中药研究中的应用现状 被引量:19

摘要 在过去20年中,关于中药消除运动性疲劳、改善运动能力的研究逐渐成为我国运动医学研究中的一个热点。研究人员通过大量的人体和动物实验对相关的复方中药、单味中药或中药单体进行了广泛深入的研究并取得了一定的成绩。尤其是动物实验因其具有直观性、易操作等特点被广泛应用于抗疲劳中药的药效评定中。但由于实验的研究方案、测试指标、受试动物来源等方面的差异,实验结果又不尽相同。本文通过对近年来一些相关资料的整理分析,企图从动物实验这一全新视角观察抗疲劳中药的研究现状。 Researches on Chinese traditional herbs that can reduce motor fatigue and improve exercise capacity has becoming a hot topic during last 20 years. Amounts of animal and clinical experiments have been applied to study the effects of complex prescriptions, single prescription and monomer of fatigue-resistant CTH at different angles, some of which have achieved contented results. Especially, it is due to the wide and deep application of animal experiments associated with much convenience, such as simple operation, audio-visual effect and so on. Otherwise, different experiments maybe have different results because of various study plans, test targets and tested animals. This paper is aimed to disclosuring present situation of fatigue-resistant CTH from aspects of animal experiment by sorting and analyzing of documentation.
