摘要
探讨洁棉酶 双氧水一浴法对纯棉织物前处理的工艺处方和工艺条件 ,并得出最佳工艺流程为 :织物于 60℃加工液中浸渍 2 0～ 30min后加热至沸 ,随后再煮漂 30～ 40min ;工艺处方为 :洁棉酶 8g/L ,10 0 %双氧水 6g/L ,渗透剂 2g/L ,pH值 9～ 9.5 ,浴比 1∶15。
Formulation and conditions of enzyme-preoxide pretreatment in one bath of cotton fabric were carried out.The process was optimized,That is:Cotton fabric was immersedinto the liquor at 60℃ and kept for 20 ～ 30 minutes, followed by boiling the bath and scouring 30～40 minutes. The formulation was: enzyme concentration 8 g/L, 100 % hydrogen peroxide 6 g/L, penetrating agent 2 g/L, pH value 9 -9.5, bath ratio 1:15.
