摘要
ERP系统的准确选择是企业实施ERP成功的基本前提。文章针对我国汽车企业实施ERP的特殊环境讨论了企业ERP选型应遵循的原则,从ERP软件的技术特征、费用、服务和供应商特征的角度探讨了ERP选型的决策因素。
Correct selection of ERP system is the fundamental prerequisite for enterprise to successfully execute ERP. Based on the special environmental background, in which China auto enterprise will execute ERP, this paper discusses the principle to be observed by enterprise for ERP selection. From the viewpoint of technical feature, cost, service and supplier of ERP software, decision factors of ERP selection are discussed and general steps lor enterprise to select ERP given out.
