摘要
使用高效透芯油TK 10 0和精练剂SECURON 2 8进行全棉纱线煮漂一浴法工艺实践。与二浴法产品作比较表明 ,一浴法的综合成本大大降低 ;处理纱线富有光亮感 ,弹性及手感好 ;一浴法工时缩短近一半 ,大大地提高了生产效率 。
High-efficiency penetrating agent TK-100 and scouring agent SECURON 28 are applied to one-bath scouring and bleaching process of all cotton yarns. Compared with two-bath process, one-bath process features lower overall cost, better elasticity and handle, shorter treating time, enhanced appearance and inherent quality as well.
