经济发达地区奥运争光计划良性循环运作机制之研究

Research on Virtuous Circular Operation Mechanism of Program for Winning Honors in Olympics at Economic Development Regions

以"奥运争光计划"良性循环运作机制为思辨主线,基于哲学、社会学的论据和观点,论证了竞技体育系统的功能要素,良性发展的内在根据、终极原因与系统新质;提出了奥运争光计划良性运行的微观动力激励机制和宏观利益协调机制;构想了若干操作原则,即发展核心竞争力原则、动力压力相结合原则、利益主体多元化原则、经费使用的生产性原则和发达地区提前发展原则。

Based on philosophical and sociological viewpoints and grounds of argument, taking the virtuous circular operation mechanism of the 'Program for Winning Honors in Olympics' as the masterstroke in thinking, the functional factors of the competitive sports system, the inherent basis of the virtuous development, the finalreasons and the new quality of the system were demonstrated. The microdynamical prompting mechanism and the macrobenefitcorrespondence mechanism of the virtuous operation of the program were put forward. Severaloperation principles were suggested, that is the principle of developing core competitive abilities, the principle of combining power with stress, the principle of multiprincipal part of benefit, the principle of using funds inproduction and the principle of developing ahead of schedule in economic development regions.
