摘要
旨在观察注射重组人生长激素(rhGH)对运动大鼠主动脉形态及血脂代谢的影响。28只健康、成年SD大鼠随机分为4组,安静组(n=8),安静注射组(n=6),运动组(n=8),运动注射组(n=6)。运动方案为跑台训练,持续8周。训练4周后开始注射生长激素,持续4周,对照组注射安慰剂。实验结果显示经过4周rhGH注射后,主动脉形态出现了一系列变化,如弹力膜排列紊乱,弹力纤维断裂,平滑肌增生,血管外膜局部增厚和纤维化。与安静组相比,安静注射组H-CHO、L-CHO及CHO均明显升高;运动注射组L-CHO及CHO明显升高;与安静组比较,运动组血脂代谢无明显变化。本研究提示:4周的外源性rhGH注射,引起了主动脉形态产生了明显的不良影响,如弹力纤维断裂和机体脂代谢紊乱。
The effects of exogenous rhGH administration on aorta shape and serum lipid metabolism in training rats were observed. 28 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, the rest group (n=8), the rest and injection group (n=6), the exercise group (n=8), the exercise plus injection group (n=6). The exercise group trained on treadmills for 8 weeks. After 4 weeks of training they were given rhGH. And the placebo was given to the control group. The results showed that after 4 weeks of rhGH injection, there occurred a series of morphological changes in aorta, for example, the disorder of the elastic membrane arrangement, the fragmentation of elastic fibers, the proliferation of vascular smooth muscles, the local thickening and fibrosis of vascular adventitia. Compared to the rest group, the H-CHO, L-CHO and CHO in the rest and injection group increased remarkably. In the exercise plus injection group the L-CHO and CHO also increased significantly. The serum lipid of the exercise group was nearly unchanged, compared to the rest group. It was indicated that the exogenous rhGH administration for 4 weeks induced obvious harmful effects on the shape of aorta, such as the fragmentation of elastic fibers and the disorder of the lipid metabolism of the body.
