北京市中学体育教师的现状调查及其对首都体育学院学生素质培养的影响

Investigation of Physical Education Teachers' Current Situation in Middle Schools of Beijing and its Effects on Cultivation of Students' Competency in Capital College of Physical Education in China

对北京市城区和远郊区县中学体育教师的现状进行了调查和研究,了解北京市中学体育教师的基本情况的同时,获知北京市中学体育教师的能力结构缺陷,尤其是首都体育学院毕业生在中学体育教学中存在的能力上的不足,据此,为我院今后人才的培养提出相应对策和建议。

The current situation of physical education teachers in middle schools of the Beijing city proper and suburbs was investigated and studied. At the same time with the understanding of the basic condition of the PE teachers in middle schools of Beijing, the defection in their competency structure was found out, especially the competency deficiency of the graduates from the Capital College of PE in physical education teaching of middle schools. On this basis, corresponding measures and suggestions were put forward for future talent cultivation in Capital College of Physical Education.
