高水平排球运动员竞技能力诸因素特征之研究

Research on Characteristics of Various Factors of Athletic Performance in High-level Volleyballers

采用间接观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,对高水平排球运动员的竞技能力诸因素特征进行了定量分析与研究认为,运动员的高度特征是从事排球运动的基本条件,素质特征是关键,机能特征是基础,年龄特征是保障,体重特征是"动力",知识特征是前提,心理特征是捷径,意识特征是法宝,而运动员的排球技战术特征是取胜的核心。

The characteristics of various factors of high-level volleyballers' athletic performance were analysed quantitatively and studied by methods of indirect observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. It was considered that the height of a player is the basic condition for being engaged in volleyball, physical fitness is the key, functions of the body are the basis, the age of a player is the safeguard, body weight is the 'motive force', knowledge is the precondition, psychological character is a shortcut, consciousness character is the magic weapon and the technique and tactics level of a player is the core to win. 
