摘要
目的 研究银杏总内酯对自然衰老小鼠学习记忆及抗氧化能力的影响。方法 采用自然衰老小鼠模型、小鼠学习记忆功能跳台实验判定并取小鼠血液和脑组织测定MDA含量和SOD活性。结果 银杏总内酯可减少训练和测验时小鼠跳台错误次数 ,提高血和脑组织中SOD活性 ,降低脑组织中MDA含量。结论 银杏总内酯具有促进学习记忆能力的作用 。
Objective To study the effect on learning and memory and antioxidation of total lactones ginkgo (TLG) in natural presenium Methods The model of natural aging mouse was used. Learning and memory of mice was determined by step down test. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was detected using blood and cerebro tissues of mice Results TLG significantly re duced times of errors while the mice were trained and tested in step down TLG raised the activity of SOD in blood and cerebro tissues of mice and decreased the content of MDA in cerebro tissues Conclusion TLG possesses significant eff ect of promoting learning and memory It may enhance the ability of antioxidation of body
