摘要
目的 探讨 2 0 0 1年安徽医科大学第一附属医院常见革兰阳性球菌的耐药现状。方法 药敏试验采用微量液体稀释法 ,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌检测采用 6mg/L苯唑青霉素的琼脂稀释法 ,高耐庆大霉素肠球菌检测采用 50 0mg/L庆大霉素的琼脂稀释法。结果 万古霉素对葡萄球菌、肠球菌的敏感性为 1 0 0 %、98% ,利福平、复方新诺明敏感性高于其他抗生素 ,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、高耐庆大霉素的肠球菌的检出率分别为36 3 %、30 6 %、55 4%。结论 万古霉素是治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的首选药物 。
Objective To investigate the resistance of main gram positive cocci in our area. Methods Antibiotic susceptibility of bacter ia was detected by microdilution. Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus was detec ted by agar dilution with 6 mg/L Oxacillin. High level aminoglycoside resistant Entercocci was detected by agar dilution with 500 mg/L Gentamicin. Resul ts Susceptibility of Vancomycin was 100% in Staphylococcus aureus and coa gulase negative Staphylococcus, and 98% in Entercocci. Susceptibility of Rifamp in and Timethoprin/Sufamethoxazole was higher than other antibiotics in Staphyl ococcus. The rate of MRSA,MRSCON and HLAR was 36 3%,30 6% and 55 4% respectiv ely. Conclusion Vancomycin is the first choice antibiotic in trea ting infectious diseases caused by Staphylococcus including Methicillin resista nt Staphylococcus aureus and Methicillin resistant coagulase negative Staphylococci. Allied treatment shal l be used for Enterococci.
