摘要
目的 测定难溶性植入剂中环己烷残留量。方法 研碎供试品 ,置针管中于 60℃保温作气固顶空平衡 ,顶空气以气相色谱法测定 ,氢焰检测器测定 ,SE 30固定相 ,柱温80℃。结果 精密度RSD为 2 8% ,回收率 1 0 1 4% ,1 0~1 1 0 μg/L范围内线性良好 ,检出限 3 4μg/L。
Objective To determine residual level of cyclohexane in the dissoluble implantment with gas chromatography. Methods The sample was pulverized. Then it was put into injector tube and the temperature was kept at 60 ℃ for balance. The cyclohexane was determined with gas chromatography; the stationary phases was SE 30; the temperature of column was controlled at 80℃. Results The calibration curve for cyclohexane was linear within the concentration range of 10~110 μg/L( r= 0 999 8 ,n=6) . The average recovery was 101 4%. RSD was 2 8 %. The limit of detection was 3 4 μg/L. Conclusion This paper prov ides more reliable method to determine concentration of organic solvent in si milar drugs.
